I had an older version of this book that included a dvd, but after I moved I couldn’t find it. Recently I was thinking about how much I missed having this book because I enjoyed the routines in the book and the fact that it had good details about doing the movements. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could buy an updated version of the book. Even though it doesn’t come with a dvd anymore, you can access a digital version of it now.
