3.5 Inches Paring Knife, Fruit Knife Ktchen Vegetable Cutlery (black and silver)

I have problems handling knives with my arthritis, but his one works very well for me.

I was skeptical with the price of this knife that it would be cheap, flimsy, dull. But I was highly mistaken, this is the sharpest sturdy knife I believe I have ever handled. It is well worth your money just be careful because like I said IT IS SHARP 🥰 I highly recommend this knife.

Knife is well made and fits my hand fine. The only disappointment is that it isn’t REALLY sharp. It’s sharp enough I guess, but I was expecting a brand new knife to be a lot sharper, in my opinion. My knives at home are sharper than this one. Guess I will have to sharpen this one.

I got 4 different paring knives. This one was best.One feature that most makers ignore: The blade needs to be thin as the handle. Because paring is using your thumb to guide the food to the edge. It's awkward if the edge is 'raised' above the handle. This knife does not have this problem.And if feels good an sturdy in the hand. The blade seems to hold an edge nicely.

I buy cheap knives because I put them in the dishwasher. This one has a rust spot after only a month. That in mind, it fits the hand well, the blade is sharp--but not as good as the cheap Wustoff paring knife in terms of blade sharpness or durability. My Wustoff never rusted in the dishwasher, but the handle did break after about 3 years of abuse.

This knife is great. It fits in your hand perfectly without being oversized, great for cutting fruits and vegetables. It is very lightweight which is exactly what I was looking for. The blade is nice and sharp which is important, The length of the blade is just right for handling the small stuff in the kitchen.
