This product was a 3D printed piece. Broke while loading the spring.

this is the exact part that broke on my red and white shark rotator vacuum. perfect fit and was easy to install. kind of pricey though for a small plastic part. i expected to pay $10-15 for this....

I bought this part HOPING I could resurrect my Shark vacuum but this is the cheapest made thing- EVER! It didn’t even last through one use. I posted a picture & you can see that it just completely disintegrated!!! This flimsy plastic part can’t withstand even light use that this part has to be able to hold up to. It also didn’t come with any of the hardware necessary to attach it to my vacuum but I had saved it from the old part. I can not recommend this part at all. If I could not even give it a star I would.

It works. It’s a little tricky to install but that just mechanics of the vacuum, no fault of the part. It’s not as well made as the original but I have had no issues. Works as intended.

It fit perfectly! A little hard to install, but so worth the money to keep the vacuum useable! What good is a vacuum with no hose to use!?

This was exactly what I needed!! Came in good time!!! Very easy to install and have my vacuum back up and working!!

I am very happy with the quick response and action to my disappointment. I contacted via Amazon website with my complaint and they not only responded quickly, but communicated well and I had a new replacement part within a week with no questions asked! VERY impressed and happy. The only caveat is that I need to see how long this replacement part lasts. Customer Service was great, though!
