The item I ordered did meet my expectations. I should also mention that, instead of putting it on the toilet, I put it on the grab bar next to my toilet. The second one I attached to my walker, so far they're working just fine. I am happy with my purchase of these items. They make great nightlights.

Love these!! I have each of them hooked over a handle or set on a counter facing the entry door so that at night when I go into the room it automatically lights the room. Choose a soothing color you like, with a range of brightness. Rechargeable.

These are a value at this price, work great, rechargable, portable to move around, provides quality light to see and help in the dark, changes colors with ease and has a lot of color options, the life span is very long and will last for years, very flexable but yet sturdy to stay where you want it

It's finicky, like other reviews say. Sometimes it goes off mid use, sometimes it comes on when nobody's close, sometimes the color changes by itself. I don't care. It lights up a dangerously dark bathroom at a medium light level that isn't blinding. The colors are interesting too, lots of them. There's one that's both blue and red - a little trippy. I've had them several months without recharging, and until they break, I'll use them in my bathrooms. Oh, fun fact, some of the colors light up all sorts of gunge you didn't know lined your toilet bowl. So, a cleaning aid because it grosses you out so you clean it! Positives all around, except it's a cheap novelty, so when it breaks it's garbage. Get two.

I bought a two-pack of these for the two bathrooms we have. I charged them up, set them to our preferred color (green), formed the flexible "neck" to fit the toilet bowls and let them do their thing. I really like having the light go on automatically in the dark if I need to use the john in the middle of the night (I'm old enough to need to do that now). However, after a few months use, one of them started to flash. I figured they needed to be recharged and did so. One of them went back to work just as before but the other now pulses a yellow light six times before flipping over to green. What the heck? I can't find any documentation anywhere that explains what that means or how to make it stop. I don't hate it, but I find it just annoying enough to dock it a couple of points. If the manufacturer could let me know how to set it back to my preferred mode, I would probably give them 5 stars.

Added one to the downstairs flush, my wife didn't think she wanted one for the main bathroom. I think it provides enough light without turning on the bathroom light. Rechargeable battery last a long time, and looks cool.
