I decided to try these grass seeds after a section of my yard was destroyed by an inflatable pool I had set up over the summer. Works great. No weed seeds. It's all in the dirt prep, or actually less dirt and more in the topper.

Good quality grass seed for shady areas. I reseeded my entire yard but paid special attention in a hard to grow area under my oak tree. I watered lightly twice a day and five days later the lawn seed started germinating and growing fast. Best part is you get five pounds of seed for a price that’s friendly to your wallet. I recommend Kentucky 31 tall fescue seed it’s growing for me so I know it will grow for you too. I give it five stars..

So I had a cement patio I ripped up, so I purchased this to get grass growing. I followed the directions on the bag. Even added some good top soil.... Nothing. I have weeds growing in and filling the area faster than this stuff. Maybe it's the area, or something else... But it didn't work for me at all.

Zero germination.Not a single sprouting seed.We had lots of rain and the soil was airated and topped with a light layer of straw. Conditions were perfect and soil was watered regularly.Planted in multiple areas. Not one single blade emerged.I don't know if a too hot truck... mold... or age killed this batch but very dissapointed.And.... no refund. Because I can't return the seeds.

I filled in a completely bare spot in our lawn. First I raked it out then laid down some garden soil down. Soil has mulch in it. Then sprinkled in the seed, tamped it down, watered it thoroughly and after 5 days I have what you see in the photo. I'm planning on over seeding the lawn as well. So far... it's looking very promising.

I am a 71 year old disabled veteran who is in a wheelchair with one leg. I followed the directions, that's all it takes. This is a little more than 2 weeks. It's beautiful. Cover it slightly and water daily. The only fault with the seed was me. I don't have a spreader, but I did a okay job by hand spreading. Most people, when something doesn't work, the first thing they do is blame someone else. This is excellent fescue seed. All you have to do is follow directions
