What an incredible book! As a practicing acupuncturist, I could not recommend this book more to those wishing to dive into the world of mugwort that is so hidden amongst the popularity of acupuncture. This book is filled with uses and recipes that will not only make you think, but also help you to understand how vast the world of asian medicine really is. I frequently look back to this book whenever I have a tricky case or am just needing some more inspiration from Chinese medicine. I highly recommend you buy this book and study it through and through!

Any book written by Lorraine Wilcox is guaranteed a good read. Very informative.
