I got this with high hopes to rid of some back fat. No instructions and it didn’t fit well to the area. The gel packs also seemed to not freeze right. Quality OK but could be better. I have lost faith in fat freeze stuff and am going to do it the hard way instead (Keto). I’m sorry but I have to return this.

The ice packs that come with this are a little too insulated and after putting it in the belt, they do not get cold enough to the skin. It barely feels cold.I was really hoping it would be better than an ice pack.I would not recommend this product and will be returning it asap.

I'm loving my Tagefa belt! I really feel like it's freezing my fat off and getting the job done. After only a few uses, I can already see a difference in my body. I've used another fat freezing system before and I find Tagefa to be more comfortable and im seeing better results.

So far so good. I have only used it for about a week now but I am liking it. I put it on in the morning while getting ready for work. It is comfortable and doesn't interrupt my routine one bit. Super easy to use. There is only one thing that I read confused about...... the little blue cups. The directions aren't clear on what you are supposed to do with them so I have not used them. Otherwise so far I give Tagefa an A+.

Super disappointed in this system. This is nothing fancy - just some gel packs within a belt. Not the best quality. The cups make no sense (?).

Unfortunately it wasn't at all what I expected. It might do something but I can't justify the price.

I am going to return this.

Wore one time. Quite disappointed because it irritated my skin and eventually made it sensitive. Also needs constant adjusting. Not my thing. Returning.
