I made cocoa reindeer with these for alot of kids. and they held up very well.

These work great for a number of purposes. Put candy or treats in them for party favors, sell items that are odd shaped, or so far my favorite, piping frosting to decorate a cake. This made a cheap, easy way to do fine detail work on a birthday cake. I have used the Wilton disposable plastic bags and while they're thicker than these, they're also more expensive. I've tried sandwich bags as well but they have ripped at the seems and that was just a disaster. These worked great! No holes, easy to use, just great! Photos show fine detail work that was done with one of these which you can cut a small bit of the end off or use a frosting tip. Just awesome!

Doesnt come with ties. They're ok but I should have bought disposable cake decorating bags they would be more durable for the uses I needed them for.

Loved the size of these bags. They were just right. The down side was they didn’t come with ties and half of them were dirty.

We stuffed these with popped popcorn as a snack item at our wedding. They held around 1 cup of popcorn each with room for us to tie off the bags with ribbons. They were sturdy and didn't rip and were perfect for us.

I gave it five stars because they seem like sturdy bags for a good price.Here are the answers to the two questions I needed for my proposed use:They do NOT hold water.The medium is about 600 ml volume.

Used them to fill with color/flavored popcorn for my kid's birthday party and they looked great! Everyone reached out for them right away. They were easy to fill up and tie off with a twisty tie.

This is a great deal for bags...but much larger than I thought (which isn't bad, I guess). I used them to fill with cheeze balls as easter treats for my daughter's preschool class.
