WYNDMERE NATURALS Blue Sand Electric Diffuser, 1 EA

I wanted to change the atmosphere at my office and make it a little bit more Zen, so I purchased this. The product is essentially a small hotplate that probably gets to around 115F or so in order to release the aromas of the oils I use. It does that job and with it sitting behind my laptop, I can smell the scents I place on the provided metal tray. Only thing is that it just doesn't seem to produce a room-filling amount of scent--just enough to smell it from about 2 feet away. Plus, the oils that I put on it have sublimed within 2-3 hours of use, but perhaps that is par for the course. Anyway, it's easy to use, easy to clean and does provide some dispersion of scented oils, but just not as much as I would've expected.

this is not what i got. i wanted the tall blue defuser and i got a flat "heater" i went to complain and realized there are 2 pictures. so my bad. but so i used it and it doesnt even work like its promised it baiscally boils the oil and doesnt send scent anywhere! not happy dont buy this... i feel that i got lied to i wanted what is pictured!!!d armoasence!!!

Gives off a mild aroma. Watch that the oil does not dissipate totally while unit is still on. Unplug when empty or leaving home. Expensive essential oils loose potency when heated. This is "ok" for the price. Those that are like vaporizers, more costly, are the best. Dilute oil in purified water in the vaporizer types. With above Wyndmere diffuser, I put a little coconut oil with my lavendar oil to stretch out it's use (due to the expense).

This was an inexpensive and very easy to use diffuser. The fragrance is almost immediately noticeable and lasts quite a long time. I have small children so I need to place it out of the reach of their hands, but I am very happy with the item.

Kind of lame. I wish it also had a fan. It just has the heat element. My other small cheapie, the Oregon, that I took to work, only has the fan and no heat. A combination of the two would be great.

The dish heats nicely and the aromatherapy permeates the air effortlessly. Great product. Works Very well.

Too small to be able to last very long. I sent it back because I wanted a larger one.

I received my product yesterday and couldn't wait to try it in my classroom! I had ordered some oils from Eden's Garden, but they had yet to come in. So, I used some cheaper oil that I had bought at a craft fair. The only way I could smell it was to get right on it. I thought I'd have to return the diffuser, THEN, my oils arrived later today and I changed the scent. OMG! The difference was IMMEDIATE!!! The classroom filled with the scent and it was absolutely wonderful!!! Definitely have to use the more expensive oils, but so worth the money!!!!!!
