This backpack is wonderful. I purchased it for stand up paddle boarding but use it for all kinds of activities. It holds everything I need and then some. My only complaint is that the zipper on the pouch that the pack folds up into is broken (it broke after one use). However I would absolutely buy this bag again and recommend it to others!Edit: literally the same day I wrote this review, I was using this bag on a boat trip in the Gulf of Mexico and the zipper pull on the front of the bag broke off. I put it back on and used pliers to mush the pieces back together so not a huge deal, but clearly this is a great bag with some bad zippers.

I wanted a lightweight backpack drybag for an upcoming hiking and water sports beach vacation. This one had good reviews, and it packs down into its own tiny bag for travel. I tested it out on my inflatable stand up paddle board yesterday and since it was windy the bag got splashed quite a bit but everything inside stayed perfectly dry. I also intend to use it hiking since it’s super lightweight yet big enough to hold the essentials, which is very nice. I will update on the durability if I have any problems, but initial impressions and first use on the water are five star.

Love this little bag! I bought this bag primarily just to give it a try and see how it worked out as I was looking for something light and simple but wasn't interested in any of the typical light bags you find out there like drawstring gym backs and stuff like that. I found right away how convenient this thing is. I first tried it out as a little carry bag for my dog's toys, treats and water for one of our walks through the city to a park to go play. It did a great job keeping his slobbery and smelly toys safe for the journey and contained the odor and wetness well. It even blocks the smell of his treats so he's not distracted the whole walk smelling around for a snack. In the back, the little pocket placed there is great for things like my keys, glasses and (if you're brave enough) my wallet. The bag rests nicely on your shoulders and doesn't seem to dig into you anywhere and the adjustable chest strap makes sure it won't go anywhere for any reason. When you're done with the bag it folds up into its own little pouch so you can store it out of the way nicely. I even went directly to the seller and got another one just to keep in my car for just in case I need a little back on the go for my jacket or whatever I may have to carry. It folds up nicely and sits snug in my door card until I need it.

Used it on a recent 3 week Antarctic cruise with multiple zodiac adventures & wet shore landings and nothing got wet. It was light weight and easy to pack in luggage. However, the front cross strap broke off on first usage. Not so well made but rest of bag performed perfectly. It would be nice to have a hook for a carabiner (for water bottle) but the front pocket was very useful and stayed dry.

The backpack is fine for rainy day outdoor activities or on the boat when you expect to be splashed. During a recent hike with heavy rain, it kept my stuff as dry as my rain jacket kept me. It's very lightweight, and I like that it can pack down into its own pouch. The adjustable shoulder strap adjusters aren't secure - they loosen on their own. I had to tie knots in them. I don't use the chest strap. Otherwise, I like it and have used it frequently.

I love this as a diaper/toddler/travel bag. It's great in the Pacific NW drizzle and at the beach. My only complaint: adhesive reflectors won't stick to most of it! I wish it came in red, I would buy another.

Update on my review. I lost one of the straps and contacted Skog A Kust customer service. They went above and beyond my expectation! Love the bag and love the company! Would recommend wholeheartedly.Just received this bag so I haven’t tested it for water resistance. I was looking for a small backpack style that I can swim with into shore from the boat. It’s the perfect size, a nice light weight and a convenient small pocket in the front for keys. Can’t wait to try it out in the water.

I Love this bag!! Lightweight yet durable, super comfortable. Folds up tiny. I traveled for 2 months overstuffing it, hiking...all of the zippers cords and straps are still as new. Looks like the day it came. Great product! I’m ordering another one now for my son.
