Used to be a great product!
1st time I purchased product it was great!! However I just purchased a whole set of 2 on June 24th, I hardly ever use my printer and as of August 24, No Ink! The return time was 30 days now 2 months out and I’m out $45.00 for 2 months of ink!Very disappointed!

I received the items overnight : and saved a substantial amount. I can't rate the longevity of the items: but for the amount i saved i am extremely happy.

Worked Fine
Can't find HP cartridge anywhere, so checked out reviews and order this one. It fit nicely in the (old) printer and appears to work fine. I was using it to print pictures and HP iron on transfers. I didn't notice anything different and am pleased with the results - particularly since the alternative is not be be able to use that (old) printer at all. So far, based on limited use, I would order it again. Glad to have an option.

#78 Did not work at first, then I had to clean the contacts and then it started working.
Price was good but had a little trouble getting it to work at first on the #78. and the #45 did not work in one of my printers but did work in my other printer.

Did I get a Dud?
I tried this in my printer and it barely worked. It arrived on a day with freezing temperatures, so I'm not sure if the product was damaged by the cold weather or not. I'm getting the HP version of the ink to see if perhaps the printer is failing. So I can't be sure if it was the ink cartridges, the freezing temperatures or the printer that caused the problem. But the price was good.
