Can i use this for my air up bottle?

I don’t know what an air up bottle is. However, there are a choice of brushes on this from the teen tiny one that would fit inside a narrow aerosol tube to a normal bottle brush. I find it useful for all kinds of cleanups in awkward and narrow crevices.

Could these fit in the small holes of a rainwater shower head to keep clean

Well, without knowing the diameter of the holes in the rainwater shower head, it's simply not possible to answer the question with any confidence. But I can say that the smallest brush is tiny, with an overall diameter ( expanded, before being compressed or squashed in to the orifice ) of 1.75 mm and the stop end on the central wire measuring 1.4 mm. So realistically, if the shower head has holes larger than something between these measurements, say 1.5 to 1.6 mm, the smallest brush should do the job. The next size up is about 3 mm diameter on to a maximum of nearly 22 mm for the largest. They are well made and most useful. Happy to recommend !
