The product was as advertised, but unfortunately it ran into a minor snafu in transit thru no fault of theirs. Customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I would happily buy from them again.

My favorite floss to get between my tight teeth. These are always sold out at chain stores. At $1.97 at the cheapest chain store… 12 pieces for $20 is a bargain!
