So we have 2 twin beds in our guest room which we wanted to use as a king when a couple comes to stay. I heard about a "bed bridge" and started googling. I came across several but this one looked easy to use and also seemed to fill at least a 1" space between mattresses. And it does. I love how easy it is to use and for the most part it is excellent. There's a tiny bump but once the mattress pad and sheets and blankets are on, you don't really see it. You can feel it a little but it isn't bad. Serves the purpose very well!

I'm glad for the extra fabric so it does cover when my husband's or my bed is adjusted. The belt even stays in place as we adjust. Downside is the belt needs to be loosened to make and unmake the bed. Which, when you have back issues, makes it another step. A nice to have? I forgot to loop the padding through the belt when I put the belt on. Velcro is a better choice. Especially if you want to wash that pad and not disassemble the whole thing.

The pad is too thick. I feel both ridges if I move over it at night. The strap is nice for holding the bed together. I keep the strap on but removed the pad. The little dip in the middle is more easily ignored than the ridges of the pad.

I installed this on a split king sleep number bed. I bought one of those baby beds that fits on top of a regular bed and had it in between my husband and I for a few weeks so I bought this so she was in a flat surface. Once we moved her to her crib I kept this bridge on as I got used to not losing books, phone, whatever down that little gap and it was just more comfortable. I had no issues installing it, just wrapped the straps around both mattresses and secured it. I’m not sure why other people had issues but even with the adjustable base this thing never moved. I highly recommend.

This kit worked perfectly for transforming my daughter's Twin Size bunk bed into a King Size bed. We installed the bridge and topped that with a pillow top layer, before putting on mattress pad and sheets. Everything smoothed out nicely and created a very comfortable bed -- way better than investing in an all-new mattress for a larger bed, especially for a teenager who will be moving out in a few years.The kit is top quality and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Too short for my king size twins, created an uncomfortable lump in the middle of the mattresses. I didn't even bother to try and sleep on it.******I've been trying to return this, but my UPS Store closed and somehow they sent it back to my house. Now the return date window is closed, can someone help?

We were so disappointed with this product. It just did not work for us at all.We use 3 twin beds connected as a family bed and the outer mattress that is not against the wall keeps sliding away. We already bought a connector to tie around the mattresses to keep them kind of together a while ago. But that only did so much and we hoped that a bed bridge would help (especially so our now 10 month old doesn't get stuck in the gap any longer while crawling/jumping/standing/rolling all over the bed).Since it's 3 twin beds, we bought two sets (which was lucky since one came without the connector that goes around the mattresses - that package generally looked as if it was opened before but everything in it seemed clean).The first night the bed bridges seemed to make things better but by the second the bridge seemed to make the gap even larger, functioning like a wedge and by the third night the memory foam was pointing upwards since the gap became so large (we also tried to only connect two mattresses with the same disappointing result).Also careful for people who get hot at night like our daughter - the area is very wide (which is advertised as something positive) which means she slept on this and she was sweating like crazy.I wouldn't recommend this to try to keep mattresses together. However, I can imagine that it works decently when the mattresses are stable (for example in a frame that allows little movement) and stay together anyway and is only used to cover the gap.

Worked well for short time in use, suggest use 2 people to install strap around both mattress. Used a 1 inch mattress topper over the 2 twin mattresses with bridge. Very comfortable.
