Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium (vegetable gum), Silicone Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. Oona can be taken with or without meals. In women not currently taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), take an initial dosage of two (2) tablets three times daily for a period of 10-14 days or until symptoms diminish. Follow this with a maintenance dose of one (1) tablet two to four times daily. In women converting from hormone replacement therapy (HRT), the overlap strategy mentioned above should work well. Take one (1) tablet three times daily during the 14 day 'overlap' period and then continue with a maintenance dose as recommended. It may take up to 10-14 days to feel the effects, at which time you should switch from the initial to the maintenance serving size. For best results take regularly as directed. Although there are no known safety issues, discontinue Oona if you think you may be pregnant. On rare occassion, stomach upset may occur, usually transient, but if problem persists, stop using and contact you health care professional.
