Maybe it's in my head, but I think I've grown about a quarter inch since starting these! I'm looking to get just a little more height on me so I can try to expand my modeling career and not a lot of agencies want someone who's 5'4", but they'll take 5'5". Excited to keep using these!

I have seen some mixed feedback and reached out to the manufacturer for clarification they said it is not meant as a stand alone growth support it is an enhancer and joint protection when used with height enhancement stretching routine. It was pretty good when I used it that way. Glucosamine is for joint health and cartilage formation. MSM is for formation of collagen, which is important for bone growth after stimulation with stretching the way muscles need to be worked at gym etc.

The verdict is in! First of all, I really gravitated towards this product because of its all natural ingredients. I also like that it came with turmeric root and ginger. I bought my first bottle and with some power stretching and light exercise, I grew about an inch taller. This product is worth it and actually works with no side effects. I'm going to continue to order this product and see what it does long term.

I'm excited about this product. It really works. I’ve been using this product for about a month now and I do see a slight increase in my height. And getting my basketball 🏀 in better shape. So here's the scoop. I an average height but who doesn't want to be taller so I ordered these. This stuff seems to be working! How is it working for me.. I pair this with a healthy diet for consistent results. I think I've gained about 1/4 inch so far. The bummer is I wish I'd have bought these when I was a kid. This is a really well make supplement, it is protecting the health of my bones and joints with ingredients that I understand.I mention this because I am very particular when it goes to ingredients and I hate heavy chemicals or ingredients that I don't know where they're coming from. When I checked this list I was super happy because every single ingredient I knew what exactly it is and what it's coming from. I recommend it 100%.
