Must have for making phulka roti
I was using a grill to puff up a roti but with this I can do it on the tava, and faster. I remembered using it in India and am glad I bought it on a whim. Its well made though the top of the top of the handle is unfinished.

Finish the top side.. great long handle
Would be nicer if it was treated on top of it like other dealers have to this same kind of cooking tool.. love the longer handle..

Easy to use
It was smaller then expected... I was worried I may burn myself. . But I love it, I mash my beans in the skillet and turn on the edge to hit my meat and tenderize my seasonings into it.Cleans easy, lol it
