The perfect Madeleines pans!
I love baking and love making Madeleines; and when my daughter asked me to make her some, I couldn't say no; however we lived in a small town where the store we have sells basics only, so Amazon was my first bet! After searching I figured it'll be awesome to get this set of 2, hey at least I can bake a whole batch at once! And guess what? Since I made a basic Madeleines Recipe, and two pans, I could tweak the one in the second pan and did drizzle some salted caramel on the batch in the second one before getting it in the oven, and it was so yummy! These pans are really great quality, Madeleines don't stick to the pan and you get the golden brown bottom without burning, and super easy to clean!I am really glad that I decided to go with the set of 2, it's worth every penny paid for. Here is my recipe!Ingredients3 eggs¾ cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla⅓ cup milk2 cups flour1 teaspoon baking powder6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooledInstructionsBeat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and half of the milk until thick and light yellow. Add the flour and baking powder bit by bit and continue mixing until smooth.Stir in the rest of the milk and the melted butter.Carefully grease your madeleine tray if necessary.Spoon about two tablespoons of batter into each mold.Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F. Cool on a rack. You could flavor your madeleines with different things, perhaps orange or lemon zest. A dusting of powdered sugar would look nice as well.

Amazing pans, 100% recommend!!!
These are very good madeleine pans. They are very sturdy. The Madeleines came out with little to nothing effort!! Some of the reviews claim that the ridges were not as defined, but for me the madeleines are perfect!! A trick to get the madeleines out easily is to brush the pan with melted butter, and dust the pan with flour, tapping off the excess. Then place the pan it the freezer for about 10 mins for the butter to set. Attached are picture of my first ever homemade madeleines!!

Drooping edges makes safe removal from oven hard
The trays turn out nicely browned Madelines that pop out easily and it cleans up with no problem. The pans have edges that are bent downwards, so it is hard to grab them with a pot holder. This may a a tradition for Madeline pans, but if there is a traditional Madeline pan grabber, I'd like to know about it.As others have noted, the shell ridges are muted, but I think they are still cute enough.

this is the cutest thing ever!its easy to clean, easy to fill and once they are done they pop out nicely.the indentation is a little slight but maybe it was my batter? idk. i dont bake often but these are worth it for the price!

Good price for two, but did not make have the shape.
Product arrived fast, but it came already dented on both trays at the same locations; so 4 madeleines molds of 24 were dented & the side of the tray was partially bent as well :( Can't even try to bend it back, but too much of a hassle to go through process of filing complaints & returning. I'm not trying to sell these & they were only for fun, but they didn't form the signature shells shape you buy in stores either. Better than nothing I guess. Will work for those that don't care much I guess

Love it
Love it. Not sure if the indentations were too shallow that it wasn't showing up well on the end product or that might be my fault in the baking process. Either way, it cleans well, easy to use, definitely should keep handy if you like to bake.

Works okay but...
This pan worked great in almost every aspect. It cleaned up easily and cooked the madeleines just fine, but it didn't leave much of the shell impression on the side. The fluting came out very faint to the point where you can hardly see any pattern at all, which kind of defeats the point of having a madeleine pan.
