is this one size fits all?

Mine is appox. 19.5" length X 6 3/4" width it fit my A/C just fine.

Not normally used for window-types, but if there is a room to stick the 'flap installation strips', then it's feasible. Most window-types won't give you that space at the bottom of the air conditioners to install this properly.

We have a Fujitsu high side wall air handler and need to direct the air flow to the left and away from our bed. Will this work?

It might work with 2 or 3 of them depending on the ac vent but it does help out not shure if this info will help you out I got a window ac and had the same problem and it did work out fantastic
