Most orders have been fine. This batch of bottles, one bottle was not sealed properly and leaking.
I have ordered roughly 15 bottles so far and they were all received fine.However, in my most recent shipping batch of 6 bottles, one bottle was leaking. It wasn't sealed properly.Amazon was nice enough to give me a reasonable credit for this.Maybe the company should move to plastic bottles.The syrup is great, best low carb/ keto syrup I have tasted and has a thick recognizable consistency. I sometimes add a small dollop of real maple syrup and mix it with this, as I feel this Walden farms syrup could be a tad richer in maple flavoring.

The best tasting sugar free alternative to maple syrup for a low carb diet. Very thick at room temperature, similar to real syrup.

Second time syrup arrived with broken bottles and syrup all over the inside of box.
Received bottles broken, seems I can’t return or request a refund. I love this stuff, but sometimes whoever packs to ship does a terrible job and it is one heck of a mess when I get it. Very disappointed!

Not packaged well enough. Broken bottle.
I love this syrup. I was disappointed to see one of the bottles broken. It was not fun to clean up small pieces of glass and syrup covering all the bottles. The glass bottles were not packages well enough.

Cracked
I ordered a case of these and they were all exploded and cracked when they arrived. I tried to get a refund or to return them I was unable to.

Love this syrup
I've been using the Walden Pancake Syrup for a couple of years and love it! I've tried some other Walden products and can't say I'm a fan, but this particular product works for me.
