These were ordered for children to play with during a party. All in all they held up fairly well. The designs and colors were lovely and varried. This last meant that everyone knew whose was whose. A nice product.--JRG

Bigger than the average hand fan. Beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on them. I keep them all over the place since I tend to have frequent hot flashes.

Bought these to take to a graduation party that was being held outside during one of our heat waves. They were a nice elegant touch for the ladies to keep themselves somewhat comfortable on a 98 degree day! Made with quality and very pretty too!

They look great. The fabric is starting to unravel a little. I think I’ll add clear nail polish to keep it from running. Otherwise, they work great.

My wife broke the fan she relies on so I bought this set for a very fair price. The craftsmanship is a bit on the substandard side with unfinished edges and frays but it moves air and helps dismiss another hot flash. Certainly worth the money for these benefits.

Awesome product for the price. Don’t abuse the fan. Using it for what it is intended for (cooling/fanning) it’s perfect and works great and the patterns are beautiful. All the children at church love it and want to use it. But be careful, letting small children play with them. They don’t understand how to be gentle and they tend to rip it open, in the wrong direction and break the slats from fabric. Would not recommend for children under 6. Perfect for adults :)

I ordered these fans to replace the one fan I have had for more than 37 yrs. So you know the stability of my old one, it wasn't used on occasion but all the time and even more so during the summer. I had had to use duct tape to keep the fan spokes, also made of plastic, together after they broke over the past couple of years. I was excited to get these in the mail June 16, 2017 even more so so I could share with friends and family who have envied the old one I have. Now here it is just 10 days later and 3 of them have broken. There is a U shaped loop of sorts on the end of each of the new fans and on my old one, so I expected that. That U shaped loop is intended to allow the user to put a wrist strap on in case you lose your grip on the fan itself or if you just want to keep it close at hand to use later. What I didn't expect was that the new ones would be so flimsy and weak that it was like someone just rolled up a strip of aluminum foil to keep the spokes together. If you look at the pics I am including you will see the one with the red duct tape on it and that is the old one, the U shape on the end is still as strong as when I got it, however, the other pics show the U shape on one side has broken off completely with the other side just barely holding on. I am very disappointed to say the least. I have given one to a friend and now have to call her to find out if hers has broken. Even if it isn't broken I want to send these back and get a full refund. Maybe I can find a set of better made fans from someone else.

These were a nice price for 10 cloth fans (as opposed to paper). The fans are a nice size (so they really work to cool one when using them), and the colors and patterns are very pretty. The set of 10 included a nice assortment of different floral patterns. I only have two little beefs. First, some of the fans were hard to open. A little extra glue apparently got on them and some of the folds were stuck together and had to be (carefully) pulled apart - but there was no damage done. The second thing is the sticks are plastic. Even though the gold pattern stamped on them is pretty nice, they still look a little cheesy. But for $1.30 per fan, I'll live with it.

Nice fans - exactly how I'd imagined - and only one or two designs were 'doubled'. Quality seems fine with silky fabric in nice colours. The lace edging was a little 'sticky' when I first opened the fans but no rips so no problems. Very happy with my order.
