So happy to replace builder grade faucets with this beautiful faucet.

This is a beautiful faucet and is sturdy, looks great. The parts included were not adaptive to the plumbing underneath our sink so we had to get a few parts from hardware store.

I like the look of the product and the fact it came with waterlines however I wish it's was an option for size and type I needed and 1/2 in and these come with 3/8 and 1/2 lines so really no saving have to buy waterlines. So I'm in between returning them.

I will admit that I had my plumber install this for me because I have very old pipes. And even for him it was a little bit difficult. But he was even impressed by this unit. I love the gooseneck faucet. I can now wash my hair in the sink anytime that I want to and it is so easy to remove the hair from the drain. The faucet just looks beautiful.

Pros: inexpensive, attractive, easy installCons: Finish is cheap, valves stick and are not serviceable, cheaply madeI purchased this 3 yeas ago for a bathroom remodel. It looked great for about a year, then the finish started to rub off on the handles. Also, the hot water valve has a lot of resistance and sticks. Overall, sort of cheaply made. Unless you’re just planning to fix your house up and sell it, I’d say spend a little more and buy a name brand.

Overall: This faucet is one of the best looking, cheapest price, and good quality you can get. It's not a name brand, but i'm completely satisfied with the two I bought. Would buy again.Pros: - Price, Great price for what you're getting. - Design, This was one of the big factors for us. The long neck (it swivels, left-to-right, btw), handle knobs, finish. All Great.- Plunger stopper, My daughter loves this for her sink. She can control the water way better. It's a nice addition to the faucet- Easy to Install, I had an issue with the popup drain leaking at first, but it was user error as I put the gasket on backwards.Cons: - Threading the hoses to the faucet wasn't as easy as others i've installed. The threads seemed really tight and hard to seat the hose.* Not really a con, but the water comes out fast AF. Like any faucet, it takes some adjustment to get used to the new water flow, but you can easily fill your sink basin quickly with this faucet. It doesn't play when it comes to putting out water.

The media could not be loaded.  Sorry about the four star review, but those awesome stainless steel water lines included with the kit were three inches short?! Reminds me of my Chinese lawnmower with the short pull cord. Boy, those Chinese bean counters really know how to save a buck. If my existing water lines would not have fit back on I would have gone with three stars, and booked a flight to China to raise hell! Still, I love the faucets and got lucky my old water lines are fitting and not leaking. When I opened the box and proceeded with the install, I was blown away at how perfect everything was. All the parts one needs; new washers, seals and gaskets. Then when I went to attach the water lines - oh, the disappointment.

The drain cover rusts. All good besides that.
