IronMind Left-Turn Gripper: Tailormade for Lefties

I stopped using the COC grippers almost 4 years ago and at that time I was able to close the 2.5, but my left hand was struggling to close the 2. So I bought these and so far I have not noticed too much difference from the regular ones. However what I did notice is that they were curved or twisted a bit and did fit better on my left hand, but only by a little. I will leave another update after I have had a month with them. So far I like em, and COC always gets 5 stars for their outstanding quality.

The first time I trained with IronMind Left-Turn Gripper: other sensations, compared to "Right-Turn" grippers. The knurling on the handles of the expander is tenacious, velvety.

I bought the Trainer and I love it. I have pretty small hands, and I can get the righty trainer for a good 10+ reps with my right hand, but only like 4-6 with my left.Whatever these other folks are saying about theirs not matching the other gripper must have been corrected, because sure enough, I can get 10 good reps with my left and I begin to fade after about 6 with my right.If you've got small hands like I do and it's difficult to set the gripper, these ought to be a big help.This lefty gripper showed me my left hand isn't as weak as I thought it was. It really does help.

People say it's just a placebo but I was giving myself tendonitis by squeezing the right handed trainer in my left hand for high reps. I haven't had it since switching.

Love the look and feel of the black finish. I definitely underestimated how much easier it is to close a gripper with my left hand that is actually oriented for left hand gripping! Its also a great tool for being able to get a more accurate idea of how strong your left is vs your right assuming you're using the same number with both.

Holy crap these grippers are awesome. For the record this product may be a "placebo" effect product -which the company is open an honest about. Do you actually NEED grippers designed for specifically your left hand? Probably not. But if you're gonna buy a pair of them anyway then why not? If you're just starting to develop your grips strength get the 100 lbs grippers. I let my ego dictate the purchase and I started with 140 lbs. I can use them but it takes everything I've got.

Very good quality grippers. The difficulty of these grippers are increased when you try to close it with your right hand, for e.g. my left turn coc 3 feels similar to a 3.3 just a little weaker than my 3.5 gripper.

This gripper makes a difference for your left hand efforts.

The instructional booklet for the ‘Captain of Crush’ was not included in my package. It was fairly easy to work out how to use however additional tips/instructions would have been useful.
