J'ai commandé ici ce carillon parce que l'annonce indiquait qu'il était livré avec une boite ! Hors celui-ci est livré sans sa boite... Je demande un dédommagement : soit l'envoi de la boite, soit un remboursement de la différence de prix (l'article coute 39€ en temps normal)
