Premium Ocean Blue Anti-walk Silent Feet - Anti-Vibration Pads for Washing Machines and Dryers

Looking for a good sound suppression solution for your washer and dryer? Scared of the high price? That was me too. I knew about Sorbothane from other projects and know it is the high end and well-engineered product it claims to be. The manufacturer obviously knows that too and apparently puts a premium on the price (seems like they did read R&D to invent the right vibration absorbing material). So I took the plunge the purchase them and needed to be impressed otherwise I would return them.The immediate result is impressive reduction in the floor based noise for both the Samsung washer and dryer on pedestals. I really cannot hear them in different parts of the house anymore since these pads have soaked up that vibration to the tile and floor joists. They don’t stop in ambient sounds from buttons smashing the front glass or the drum in the dryer but that is out of scope for this product. End result is an effective product at a tough to swallow price. My wife is also pleased with the performance as well since she was rather skeptical.Now I tried to stick them underneath the political agendas going on in the world to quiet them down, but alas they didn’t fit and perhaps are not able to take the weight of that much rhetoric. I might try sticking them under the neighborhood gossip next, wish me luck.

Work amazing, I have a second floor washer and dryer and my new frontload was shaking the whole house. I reasearched different vibration pads and went with these and another cheaper set. These are way better and are not just rubber pucks but have two different layers and actually absorb vibration and stick to the vinyl like a sloth on a fence.

Night and day difference. The hard plastic top of these feet distributes the load well, and when the washer is vibrating you can feel the rubber layer deflecting to dampen the motion. In addition to reducing the noise transmitted to the floor, they also absorb enough energy that the washer itself doesn't move as much. Now my washer hits higher spin speeds too.Previously used vibration pads from Good Vibrations, Inc. (GVI), which are good at preventing walking, but are bad at preventing vibration (the washer vibrated so bad that it was hitting the dryer).My subfloor is supported by 4' OC beams, and the washer is in the middle of a span so it wants to vibrate very badly. But these pads don't let it! Thanks to Silent Feet!PS: Although the "anti-walk" silent feet are a little harder to install, I'd recommend them for peace-of-mind if you have a seriously vibrating washer.

Don't expect these to completely resolve your vibrating washing machine problem, but if you have a washer on the second level of your house you need this product. Our washer literally shook the house in the spin cycle. Now it vibrates about 50% less than before which is a huge improvement. These feet are solid and well built.I was looking at consumer reports do decide which washing machine to buy and they indicated that no matter which washer you buy, you need an isolating product if it is for the second level of your home. They recommended using this product. After buying these, I decided that our old washer is good enough and doesn't need to be replaced.

Works well. Front loader washer is not quieter and vibrations are not not transferred to floor when it goes into super jet speed spin cycle. The two types of rubber really work well together and appear to be of good quality. Its tricky to get these under the feet of the machine of course, but that is not a fault of the product in any way. Pricey but recommended.

Our new washer and dryer originally sat directly on a tile floor located on the second story laundry room of our home. This resulted in undesirable noise and vibration throughout the home, and was very noticeable on our first floor. Modern front load machine designs are achieving very high RPM speeds, which can result in more noticeable vibration throughout the home and also create annoying noise. The materials comprising the Silent Feet pads are very dense, yet soft enough to isolate the machine's energy preventing it from transferring into the hard tile floor. We are no longer bothered by the sound of the machines in operation, and wish would have made the purchase sooner. I feel confident they will stand the test of time. I would say that we silenced noise and vibration from the operation of the washer and dryer by 80 to 90%. Really couldn't be happier.

I have these under my 20+ year old washing machine. Shaking is now history, and I no longer have to worry about bugging my downstairs neighbors (one of many problems with living in a condo).One thing that may not be clear from the pictures is that the color (blue in this case) is only on the very bottom (most of the feet are still black), so when these are sitting under your washing machine, no one is going to notice it.

In use now for roughly 30 days. Never used front loader without pads, so nothing to compare to (before / after). Using on LG direct drive true balance. Construction is 16" o.c. 2x8, 3/4 diagonal with 3/4 inch plywood on top over crawl space. Finished with cork floor. The machine spins fast at maximum. 0 vibration in floor and walls. Anti-vibration feet feel like they are taking a grunts load of force when you touch them, but nothing in the floor immediately around the pads. So far I say worthy investment. Don't skimp on the set for the dryer to match height. Tough expense for ascetics, but 1inch difference would be unsightly. Can barely see the feet when standing up. Went with blue because they were $5 less per pair when purchased. Looks fine with graphite machines. The blue is only at the bottom of the pad. The rest is black. Delivery crew installed when delivering the machines, but could be a difficult task for a one person job.
