Get this, if you're doing any tile work!
Small and lightweight, making it easy to use one-handed. With water cooling, this cuts through my floor tiles almost as fast as a skillsaw through plywood. It's very easy to make straight cuts, and you can get the blade almost vertical to make notch cuts. It makes the nipping and breaking I used to do seem like torture in comparison.

Great for rough cuts on a hot day.
Don’t expect to make clean, straight cuts with this machine. It’s difficult to keep the blades wet so pay attention, otherwise blade life will be severely shortened. Use lots of water and wear a trenchcoat with rubber boots. The regulator that it comes with is a piece of junk. I had to perform an epoxy fix on the flimsy plastic water guides that it comes with. The saw itself seems to be very rugged (heavy) and well built. The irrigation system that they’ve designed needs to go back to the drawing board.

Awesome for cutting flagstone
Installed about 200SF of flagstone with this thing. Significantly reduces dust and is much more manageable than a demo/construction saw
