The media could not be loaded.  The Bowling Bag is Great and Study . Have enough space for accessories( bowling ball cleaner,wrist support gloves, microfiber bowling towels ,medium bowling ball seesaw and 10.5 Bowling Shoes space is great. Rolls smoothly and easy from the car to the worn asphalt Bowling Parking lot . Glides with ease. I would give the bag itself An easy 5***** but the 1 star is for how AMAZON customer service has been misinforming me and has disappointed my teenage son ☹️😔.I love Amazon and have never had so much inconsistency.Right now I am so disappointed with Amazon C. S. for the first time. I ordered this bag for my teenage son as a surprise for when the Youth Bowling League starts this Fall. Instead we received a 2 ball bowling bag once I called Amazon C.S. and was told due to this being a Misfortune on behalf of Amazon he would be able to keep the bowling bag which for him it was GREAT being A Fan of Patrick Mahomes he was still excited about the bag. Also I offered to pay the value of the 2 bowling ball bag ( exceedingly less) and was told that NO❗!!!! this was not necessary due to it was once AGAIN stated it was Amazon that sent the WRONG BAG and there were NO !‼️ Triple bowling ball bags available to replace the double bowling bag . After waiting for my refund to my card I called back explain the situation again and was told another Department would be sent an email with the explanation and request for my refund within 24 hrs however, this time the rep. I talked with sent an email stating we would need to return the bag . UNACCEPTABLE AMAZON . My Son has been so EXCITED taking his KANSAS CITY CHIEFS BOWLING BALL BAG. Now after being told the 1st time he could use it AND I MADE HIM WAIT 2 DAYS TO USE IT TO MAKE SURE "AMAZON" WOULD NOT ASK FOR THE BOWLING BALL BAG BACK.VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️☹️☹️

I got my boyfriend this bag for his birthday and he Loved it. He said the quality of the bag is great. The bag rolls so smooth and the compartments are great. He also liked the fact that the velcro holds the balls in place and the handle is sturdy. He is in a bowling league and uses it quite often. So glad I made this purchase. Thank you

This should be 5 stars. We were so excited to get this bag for our high school bowler for Christmas. It is a pretty great bag, BUT one trip to the alley with his team (late start to season due to COVID), and there's a huge tear right down the top pocket where his shoes go! NOT the quality it appeared, especially for the cost!

It torn and and it is still under Warranty. Do I send it back and it will be replace.

Great bag he loves it it works well He bowls 3 to 4 days out of the week and you always get compliments on his bag from other cowboy fans.

Bought it for present and he loved it. Good stuff my guy

Decent quality holds my 3 balls in place pretty good and has plenty of space for accessories
