Ms. Marvel by Saladin Ahmed Vol. 1: Destined (Magnificent Ms. Marvel (2019-2021))

This graphic novel is fantastic and original. It is superb. It is easy to read and follow. Saladin Ahmed writes with a consumate ease. The storyline is wonderful and quite dramatic. This has to be one of he best Ms. Marvel graphic novels I have ever read. The artwork is top-notch and is fabulous. Saladin Ahmed captures the ethnicity of Kamala and her family magnificently. He has created a terrific volume. Well done, Saladin Ahmed! This volume should prove to be the first of many fine creations.

“Ms. Marvel 1 - Destined” collects the first six issues of the renumbered and renamed Magnificent Ms. Marvel – though they have left the “Magnificent” off the collection’s cover for some reason.There is no noticeable change between the past and the current series (yet), the art is the usual cartoony style that has become de rigueur for ‘teen’-oriented books, and the story, apart from bringing the parents along on an adventure doesn’t ‘feel’ any different from what has gone before.If you have been enjoying this series, then you’ll continue to enjoy it, is all I can really say.

Get introduction to Ms marvel. Only decided to read this as there is gonna be a cross over event shortly with Ms marvel, the champions and Miles morales. This comic didn't dissapoint, such a fun light hearted read perfect for what is going on in the world today. Do yourself a favour download this comic and drift away into comic Land with this great story, even if you know nothing about ms marvel you will enjoy this.
