LR1130 (189) Alkaline Button Cell Batteries By Maxell (Pack Of 6)

Needed some button batteries. Fortunately, did not need them right away. So ordered and they arrived about a week later. They fit the need. Worked out great.

I appreciated the time it took to receive these batteries. I cannot get them in the stores where I shop. Besides, they were far less expensive with Amazon. They are $8 in the store if you can find them.

What can I say… great batteries at a great price!

I came across an old low cost scientific calculator that was hidden away and was purchased probably 15 or more years ago. As expected, the AG10 or LR1130 button batteries within the calculator were dead yet there was only very little corrosion on the battery contacts. The choice at first was to either toss the whole calculator or take the gamble to purchase replacement batteries. The battery contacts were scraped clean, the new batteries inserted within, and behold the calculator worked again. The calculator has other incurred wounds over the years however can continue to serve as a backup scientific calculator.

I was going to use these batteries on a piece of ceramics but it broke so I haven’t been able to see but I’m sure they are good
