FenderDeluxe Series Instrument Cable - 18.6 ft – STR/ANG – Tweed,990820082

bought this to fit into my Marshall amp. it looks good, fits, and is sturdy to the touch, but the sound is absolutely awful: constant buzzing, barely any sound from the guitar and loud noises if the wire is turned even slightly. i have never had this problem before so i assume it’s the wire. extremely disappointed as this wire seemed the right choice when shopping.

I ordered one, it arrived and had terrible earth problems. Sent it back.Ordered another, no earth problems this time, just poor connection on the jack. Looks like the jack might be just slightly smaller than it should be causing loose connections.Cable looks nice but that's all it has going for it, shame really because I thought being Fender branded it would be fit for purpose but obviously not. Maybe they are fake?

A good price and high quality cable.I use this for home use, I dont know how braided cables would fair giggling? But I love the design and the cable feels very high quality. The connections are well manufactured and there is not additional signal noise from the cable. The overall finish is perfect and the velcro cable tidy is a welcome extra.I think it's a good cable for a good price. Recommended.

This lead is fantastic! Might be a little pricey compared to others on Amazon, but worth every penny!! No crackling, sits nicely, and is great quality all round. I wish I'd bought it sooner! So good I bought another one to use with my pedal, such clear and crisp sound, even with a small Squier 10w practice amp.

Hard to get the electric guitar sound into the amplifier without one of these. This one is 15ft long so if you want to play on the top of Buckingham Palace you'll need a few of these and some way to splice them together or maybe get a longer one or one of those fancy wireless gadgets or something. Otherwise very good.

Used mine carefully & noticed the tweed came apart I tried reattaching it but it’s impossible as it’s like a snake skin & there’s nothing nobody that can do anything about it, stillWorks tho but it’s A tweed guitar cable those who purchase tweeds wants to to match there tweed amps/guitar cases made poorly

False advertising. Made in China. I was getting a lot of noise as well. I returned them and bought some from Custom Lynx which are assembled in the UK using Neutrik plugs and they are far better for about the same money.

Great Product from fender, the feel of the braid around the cable is awesome.It has a great weight to the product giving it a quality feel.Hardly little Velcro tab to help keep it rolled up for storage as well.The Jack’s are really high quality and the joints look solid. Compared to loads of cheap cables it’s worth spending the extra and getting one of these.I’ll be buying more.
