Lymph Tone II, 2 Ounce

For 2 years I struggled with excess fluids and pain in my legs. It was sudden onset and just around. I couldn’t figure out if I had a structural issue like a pinched nerve or something, or if my lymph needed serious attention. Various supplements would sometimes help for several days and I’d think I found the source, and then it would return. My doctor, who normally says very intelligent things, said that even though lymph issues don’t run in my family, I just need to put my feet up and wear compression socks all the time (uhhh...I am in my 40s and live in Florida!! I’m do not accept that I need to dress like the little old lady that owned Tweety Bird).At one point, I had done lymph massage but hadn’t noticed any improvement so I doubted it was lymph. But, I tried again to address lymph and this time, for about 6 weeks, I drank approx 50 oz water/day, massages/applied a ginger lymph oil to my legs 2x/d, and started taking the Lymphtone II..... and guess what happened? The pain and hardness began subsiding, I began seeing my ankle bones again. Not having that constant pain and pressure in my legs is an AMAZING thing. Having it is like dripping water torture. A drip on your forehead is fine, but when repeated, it can consume you and drive you a bit batty.I think the water and Lymphtone did the trick. But the ginger oil really helped with the immediate pain and swelling sensations. It’s been about 6 months since I stopped needing to do all that. Now I occasionally notice a very mild return of symptoms, but I’ll do more water and lymphtone for a couple of days and it subsides. Obviously I should keep doing the regimen for several months to really clear out the lymph. Good luck!

Can really tell a difference when I take it

This is absolutely a great buy this product works and behond as well will be buying again!!! It helps me so much it helps me not to be sick all year round helps with my mood and gives me a great night sleep!!! Headaches and migraines ??? Thing in the past. I will buy this till they stop making it lol its such an amazing product.

It's easy to take a dropperful daily, as my practitioner suggested. Just a few drops, which do seem to help my post-breast cancer right arm, hand and chest wall LE. I've had less swelling, and quicker recovery from any swelling, since beginning to use this daily, since about 3 years ago. Taste isn't bad, it has a mild medicinal sort of flavor. I recommend it highly.

I see a difference. Less swelling and some weight loss. Went from size 28 to size 24 in a month. No joke. I stopped eating meat, drank lots of water and took this as directed.
