Best morning tea
My go-to tea. Nothing wakes me up faster and I crave it in the afternoon for my caffeine boost. Good solid tea flavor, smooth and not bitter. Stands up to milk and sugar. Will always order this tea.

Lovely flavor!
I love the flavor of this tea. I have purchased it before from other stores. it's not the cheapest thing in the world and for some people it's an acquired taste but I love it with a splash of milk. The tea bags are round so they fit nicely in the bottom of a cup. They are not individually wrapped. There are two stacks of tea bags in shiny wrapping so your best bet is to have a container to store them in to keep them fresh. This is definitely for a hot cup of tea not a cold glass of iced. It also gives you a nice boost of energy so don't drink it at night unless you need to. Great tea!

Delicious authentic “tea “ taste.
This is the best tasting tea I’ve ever drunk. I ordered it upon recommendation from a Scottish lady friend from church. I drink it with neither sugar nor milk. Try it. You’ll love it.

Possibly the epitome of basic British black tea, but too pricey in the US
I thought I had tried all the standard Brit teas that are available in the US, but I somehow missed Typhoo. It’s good and I think is an excellent example of a standard British tea. It isn’t anything special, but it is humble, reliable, and tasty. When brewed, there is a pleasant “teaish” aroma primarily consisting of malt. It brews a dark, strong cup with a flavour that is pretty much the epitome of a good British bag tea. If brewed for less time it is tasty enough to drink straight, but it’s at its best at least with milk. The thing that stands out to me most in the flavour is it’s richness. It’s a simple but comforting black tea. I think it is smoother than PG Tips but a little stronger than Yorkshire. It is also good with both milk and sugar and makes truly excellent cold brew iced tea.My issue is it’s price point here. It is around the same as Punjana and Barry’s and I think both those teas are better and more distinctive. It is also usually a good four or five bucks more expensive than Yorkshire, and while it tastes different, I don’t think it’s better. In fact I also find Yorkshire to be a much more distinctive tea. Typhoo, like the Irish tea Lyons, is a good basic black tea that just doesn’t stand out from its peers. I think it would make a good staple bagged black tea, but I prefer Yorkshire both in taste and price.

GREAT TEA!
Well worth buying. I am super fussy about tea and this English tea beats most brands in England and America.

A great black tea
Love that Typhoo is available through Amazon. It’s a great black tea and impossible to find in local grocery stores. Been a huge fan of the tea for decades. It’s a morning- pot-of-tea standard for me. A bold taste that gets me going for the day.

Carefully read before you click
I think this item was priced to look as though it was a larger box a little inattention is all it took to find I ordered 80 instead of 240 teabags

Valeur sûre
Impeccable.Le goût ne fait pas « terreux » comme d’autres concurrents.Une étoile en moins parce que le prix est élevé par rapport au prix en magasin.
