Nordic Ware10-Cup Bundt Pan

This pan has a great pattern design, however, it is quite small. I measured it with water when I received it because it seemed too small for ten cups as it was advertised. Its capacity is limited to six cups. It will not hold the entire batter from a pound cake.

Lovely pan. Loved the swirl look to the cake. The cake baked very evenly and didn't stick at all. Was everything I hoped for it to be. Will use it often and also looking for another shape.

Like it alot, you really have to load it up with Crisco. I did but left the cake in an until cool. Too long, should have turned upside down sooner to release completely. The very middle stuck a little. Next time I'll cool for about 15 min and then turn cake out. Hope that helps. The cake is beautiful, just be sure to really grease the pan heavily.
