DIY Music and Voice Message Recordable Personalized Love Card - Love Note

I thought I had a defective unit. I couldn't for the life of me get it to work. It wouldn't record, it wouldn't even been to let me know it was alive... I was on my way to the UPS store (return label in hand) to return it when out of nowhere, it started playing audio from the passenger seat of my car.... I was like, "WTF, where is that sound coming from?!" So I went back home and actually got it to work. However, the audio volume really seems low... I tried editing my voice recording to boost the volume, but the speaker on this card is so weak that you can barely hear the audio. Overall, I like the idea of this card... but I'm not impressed.

Despite a couple of unclear details for how to use the actual recording device, everything about this card was relatively simple and easy to use. This card did NOT have any of the 'red hearts' as described, so beware if that is what you're looking for specifically. Some reviewers had theirs with a design on their card, but mine did not. It was completely blank with the exception of where to place the recording device and where to use double-sided tape. However, I found that to be a good reason to make mine more personalized which turned out for the best. Overall, I really enjoyed making this card my own!

Received the card and voice recorder. The card is not hard as in a traditional card...almost like shiny construction paper. The voice recorder is easy to operate and figure out but the sound quality wasn't the best. I tried recording on my phone and even on my computer but constantly heard a clicking noise in the background. I sat in a silent room to ensure there was no other noise interference.It does work. and its very sentimental

I originally wrote a bad review for this product. But I decided to try it again so I went to the website address located on the card and watched the video on how to use it. What I did differently this time from the first , second and third times, I'm not sure but it worked. It is really cool to record your own message or song to this card. I would recommend this product. It is cool to make cards more personal. Watch the how to video instead of reading the instructions.

Easy to set up, watched the You Tube video cause I like to see it rather than follow paper directions. Card was easy to assemble, as well. Really liked how it turned out.

I finally wound up throwing this out after a few hours total of effort. instructions were a little inaccurate (device) and confusing (mounting module on card.) what recording I managed to get was nearly mute. instructions call for "double sided tape which, if that was part of the kit, I didn't find it.

This worked perfectly as an anniversary card - recorded a romantic song and added a photo to the inside. It was easy to record and the music was clear and crisp.

Worked great for a custom card for a friend. Quality is nothing to call home about but it isn't horrid either. Good enough for my gag-gift needs.
