The best I have found so far to make at home
I had to use almost twice as much of the product than recommended to get it to taste the way I wanted, and it still isn't quite as spicy as I have had at certain places. For the cost though, and in comparison to every other way I have tried to make chai tea at home (the regular Oregon chai concentrate, Tazo contentrate, Trader Joes powder, various chai teas by the bag mixed with milk, and the chai latte made for Keurig), this is the best one so far, and I will continue to purchase it just so I am not spending $4+ a pop at coffee shops every time.

This is the best chai concentrate out there!
If you love chai, this is a must!! We got hooked on this from a local coffee shop who also uses the Oregon products. We've tried the grocery store chais and they just didn't have the same "kick" as this one. This is great for both cold and hot chai lattes. Be sure to not forget to order the pump that goes with the bottle. We'll be coming back to order this over and over again.

Delicious. Easy to use.
This is our second time getting this version of Oregon Chai. It's tasty (if you like drinks with a bite) and very easy to make -- just squirt a bit in your mug, add hot water, flavor to taste with your favorite milk and, voila - instant joy for your mouth! Worth the high price.

Spicy and flavorful
I am a Starbuck chai drinker and have tried many other concentrates. This is the closest best tasting chai concentrate I have been able to purchase. Hot or cold this chai concentrate is delicious. My only complaint/observation is this bottle does not come with a pump! You will need to purchase one separately for $5 to $7. For the price they should include a pump with the purchase.

Delicious, spicy, and worth the money!
I was skeptical buying online but had trouble finding a Chai concentrate that was spicy enough. This concentrate is spicy and delicious. I highly suggest this to the Chai lover who really loves spicy!

sensual flavor
This is a delicious Chai. Full bodied and extremely tasty. The only downside is it does not come with the pump that can be purchased for 7 dollars. Well worth it. Whenever it runs out I will get it again! Delicious!

yummy
I was out looking for the Tazo Chai tea concentrate that Starbucks serves and found out that it cannot be purchased. This is a great substitute to use at home.

I love them
I have tried every version of the Chai tea concentrates from Oregon Chai and I really love them. You are supposed to mix them half and half with milk, but they are strong enough that most can be even further diluted and still taste delicious. You just have to find the right balance - as other reviewers have pointed out, some of the concentrates vary in sweetness.Watch out for the newer line of espresso infused latte concentrates in the 16.9oz bottles, though. The same is not true of them. The flavor of the espresso infused concentrates from Oregon Chai are up to par with the other Chai tea latte concentrates they make. The problem is that these come in a bottle one half the size of the others (for the same price) and indicate that you are supposed to only use 25% concentrate and 75% milk (instead of the standard half and half that the larger bottles have). If you only use a mixture that is 25% concentrate, it tastes like nothing but milk. You have to add a lot more (nearly double) to get the flavor. The bigger concentrates are almost too strong at half mix and half milk, but these leave something to be desired. You can obviously add more, but then you don't get the value. They end up costing you double what the other ones do. You would be better off buying an espresso machine and making up a shot to add to your "Dirty Chai" as you wished, rather than wasting money on a diluted concentrate. I still love the regular ones, though.
