Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver aptX Low Latency, 3 in 1 Wireless 3.5mm Long Range 5.0 Bluetooth Adapter Transmitter for TV Home Stereo PC Headphone

I've been using this for the past few days that I've owned it and it's been incredible. This transmitter/receiver allows me to convert my older devices, without Bluetooth capabilities, and make them wireless smart devices. This works seamlessly with my Smart TV, headphones, speakers and so on. The included cables/instructions were easy to understand and of high-quality. Nothing was damaged and everything looks impressively new and durable.I'm able to play my audio from TV in the kitchen while I'm cooking or play songs that are only on my PC in my room on the other side of the house. This is able to both transmit AND receive, which is great for the price. This feels like it will last me for several years to come.

Superior sounds quality. I’m able to transmit the sounds from my old laptop (does not have Bluetooth) to my Bluetooth headphone without issues. It also works on my desktop. There aren’t any drivers required. I have a Windows machine and it works wonderfully. The setup was simple so I like that very much. The device is tiny small and it doesn’t take much room. The instruction manual is very much needed for this machine. Without it and without knowledge about RX, TX, OPT, AUX, SBC mean? You will struggle. Otherwise, the instructions were very clear and precise. It’s easy to read and understand.

I really like that this device has no noticeable lag pairing with my device, I set it up under my dashboard in the car and works great, another great thing is that the signal is really good, no interference or lost of connections!

I originally gave this product a somewhat negative review (2 stars out of 5), because the range on the transmitter that I received was a lot less than the description on Amazon claimed it to be.Recently the seller contacted me and apologized for the poor experience that I had and said that the transmitter was apparently defective (no argument from me on that!). They offered to send me another transmitter in the hope that I would revise my review. Even though the manufacturing process is mechanized, there are often differences in performance and I might have gotten a somewhat defective unit. I get that. I also understand that too many negative reviews have an adverse impact on sales, which is how it should be. Reviews are there so we can tell others of our good, or bad, experiences and help others select products that are affordable and work as they should.So I agreed to review the product again, but pointed out that revising my earlier review would depend on how the product performs. They agreed, and sent me a new unit.I was pleased to find that the new unit performs much better than the first one did, though still not the 'up to 230 feet', claimed in the description on Amazon. It paired easily with all of the headphones I tried, and I got varying distance results with each one. The best distance I could manage (no obstacles or walls), was 120 feet, with most getting a range of between 60 and 80 feet. Walls degrade the signal somewhat, and stucco walls have a significant impact on range. Since I do not have aptx headphones, I could not check out the low latency. I also did not test it as a receiver, so this review does not speak to that. But I could go from one end of my house to the other with good reception on any of the headphones (all fairly inexpensive), that I tried. If you have a really high quality set of headphones you might get better reception distance than I did. It will pair with up to 2 bluetooth devices at once, but only one will have the low latency. Some TV's have a setting to manually adjust the latency as well as allowing the headphone port and the speakers to both operate at the same time, so I recommend checking that out.

I bought this device for use with two aptx-ll headphones, since the product description says it supports aptx-ll and dual headphones. BUT here's the trick. After talking to the seller, apparently it does NOT do DUAL aptx-ll. That's right, if you have two aptx-ll headphones, it will fall back to regular atpx, not the low latency. So be aware that if you want to use this with two headphones in aptx-ll mode, it's NOT possible. Secondly, I had chosen this device over others for the optical bypass. But be warned yet again on a deficiency here. If you use the bypass like any normal person would, which is between the TV and your 5.1 stereo, the audio will FAIL. The device will not pass thru the 5.1 signal to your stereo. It will ONLY work in normal pcm stereo mode. I understand that the device only transmits basic stereo over bluetooth, but if you build a bypass into your system, you are saying the device can be part of your home theater setup without requiring some other bypass system, and that your device should actually carry the signal properly to your device's output. But no, the bypass is useless in most home theater setups.This product is not well thought out for both of the above scenarios, and if you're looking for either of the above, be warned, the product description does not tell you this. I am returning it since the product description is not a fair representation of the product's capabilities.

This is more of a general comment about these products than specificI bought this unit so that i could hear TV more clearly without excessive volume or subtitlesI wanted to leave the speakers on for my wifeBut have discovered the even low latency is some latencySo there is an annoying disconnect between the speaker sound and the Bluetooth soundAlso, somewhat interestingly, it seems that none of the low latency headphones are also Bluetooth 5.... or at least not the ones i bought. the connection defaults to the older technology of the headphones. therefore the longer range BT5 Capacity of this this transmitter is not utilized
