Eaton CH230GFT Breaker, 30A, 2P, 120/240V, 10 kAIC, Type CH Ground Fault

Exactly what i needed

Eaton / Cutler Hammer makes high quality residential / commercial / industrial electrical parts. The price of this 30-amp 2-pole unit is rather high, but it's unusual. They sell lots of 2-pole 50 amp breakers for hot tub / spa/ swimming pool use, but not too many 30 amp ones. Hence the price is high.

I ordered the 30 A breaker and received a 50 A breaker, not once, but twice! Attempts to contact customer service at both Amazon and Eaton failed. The box that I received the product in is marked 30A on the end and 50A on the side. I think perhaps the company has a mislabeling issue. And so here I sit still unable to fix the issue at my home because I am unable to get the proper breaker!!!I tried uploading pictures, but the website wouldn't allow me to do that either.

The media could not be loaded. Vendor has a return window less than 30 days. I purchased it early preparing for a project and just installed it today. Breaker will not hold without any wires hooked up with the wires hooked up I've checked continuity on all wires. I'm a master electrician so I know what I'm doing, this vendor and Amazon support is ridiculous. Avoid this vender!

This breaker was not new. Although it was in its original box this breaker had obviously been installed previously. There was paint splatter on the breaker and the pigtail neutral was not wrapped like it came from the factory.
