Great bags - take care where you place them
We've been impressed with the bags, even the velcro opening for collecting potatoes. However, we actually ended up using them for tomato plants. What we noted is that some plants (tomatoes, for example) are very sensitive to temperature coming up from the ground. Therefore, avoid placing these on hot rock or concrete; you might experience overheating your fruits/veggies and losing some of their produce to premature rot. Otherwise, we've had good experiences with these grow-bags. They seem to manage moisture well and they hold up well to the weather.

Sturdy, but minimal harvest.
Product review: I tried these fabric bags for growing potatoes this year, hoping to free up garden space for other things. I’m underwhelmed. The bag method doesn’t allow for continuous soil layering which increases potato production. The plants died off way too early in the season ( a natural occurrence once they stop producing). This is the total harvest. By comparison , my usual haul from five seed potatoes is around 20- 25lbs of taters. I would recommend only for those with little or no yard, these bags hold up nicely to the elements. I may repurpose bags for portable space for late season greens, as they are easily moved to sun porch.

the best pots ever!
I don't have much space on my balcony so I needed something with good soil capacity but was streamlined and not expensive. These bags are perfect. They get good reviews and I heartily agree. The velcro flap lifts for harvesting root vegetables and is very secure so that there isn't leakage of soil or water. I am ordering more and so is my neighbor.

Plants look gorgeous
I am growing All Blue, Red, Yukon Gold and Russian Fingerling potatoes in these bags. The plants are doing well. I have to wait a few months to see how easy harvesting will be, but with the velcroed flap it should be simple. I am looking forward to not having to be up to my elbow in dirt and manure to scrounge around for spuds.

Not like the pic at ALl
Ok the way. Looks in the picture...is not the way it looks in real life at all 😂 it’s a big sack, and takes a lot of soil to fill. I was going to plant kale in it but it’s too big so the soil is pretty lose and the plant doesn’t seem sturdy enough. Maybe if it’s filled all the way with soil (only filled a bit) but it would require lots of soil. Love the depth but very large and not a perfect cylinder the way it’s depicted in the first pic...maybe potatoes would grow better though. Also, love the bag for garden tools/soil storage as it has Velcro and can close. I don’t regret buying it just for that!

Dirt spilled when opened the side to harvest potatoes
Clever idea but functionality has some issues. When I opened the flap, dirt came out. So I started tipping it on its side. Might work for some- just not me.
