Great Company
Great products. Easy to configure and use. Great Tech support and customer service. I had some minor issues, and they took care of it right away.

Good product
This is a good product. Compact size and good looking. Printing is clear and fast. It supports multiple languages. I tested with English and Chinese. It worked very well. The testing tool in the driver CD is a very useful and easy to use. And the customer support team is very nice too.

Long lasting printer
I purchased the printers in 2021. Never had an issue. They work great especially for the price. Customer service is outstanding as well. Very responsive and helpful! Thatโs why I purchased more for my second location! Iโd recommend their products for any business owners.

Broke in less than year. But seller did respond to replace the item.
I was happy at first because of the fast shipping and easy set up. However the printer didn't last a year. It begins to missed area when printing within a few months and finally stop printing in less than a year. I try to contact the manufacturer but no one call me back. (Update). Seller finally responded and was able to replace the item. Their response time was slow because of holidays hours and different time zone. Hopefully the new printer would last longer and I Will update my review. 2024 update The replacement unit send by the seller is a lot better. This have last over a year and still going strong.

Best thermal printer!! Hands down!
This printer is the only one youโll ever need. Super easy to setup. Printing is super smooth and clean. The auto cutter comes in handy so you no longer have to tear receipts. Iโll be purchasing more of these in the future for more registers.

Great receipt printer
We normally buy the Epson receipt printers but have had intermittent connectivity issues with many of them, the munbyn had been great so far, it connected easily and quickly first time. I also had an issue with the driver where the auto cutter wasn't working with the windows driver so I reached out to support via email and Whatsapp and both were responsive and very helpful, and resolved my issue. Will be buying more as our other Epsons fail.
