Hello, i already purchased dashcommand (iphone) to use with a different dongle. is this adapter compatible with that software? thanks!

From my research - no it does not. The only Bluetooth adapter that works is the GoPoint BT1 or BT1A.But I can not say that I have tried it.

I tried this in my 2014 bentley gtc, hoping to reset the oil service warning. it displays engine info, temps etc, but no fault or reset?

Oil service intervals are not part of OBD. There is usually a combination of dashboard, pedal pushes or both to reset that. Bentley seems to do a key in the off position, hold the trip button, turn key to on and then click the ok button. This is for a 2008 and others. Don't know if it applies to you.

Is anyone aware of an android app compatible with this (or btle in general) adapter?

First, you need hardware capable of BLE. BLE is part of BT 4.0, so if you don't have BT 4.0 or later, you can't use this. I use an app on my iPhone called ODB Fusion that also has an Android version capable of using this adapter.

"read transmission temperatures (vehicle dependent)" .... will this read a 2016 jeep rubicon trans temp?
