Excellent reproduction in nice binding. Four stars instead of five only because the reproduction is very expensive.

In fact, it is a reprint of the original. It's a "must have" item for anyone who wants to add to that straight-from-the-factory feel of their restored Big Healey.

It is well written and illustrated but I ordered the wrong one .I should have orderrd the Mk 1&2.I ordered it recentley.

This book is fine - as far as it goes. However there is a green cover book (also called a factory manual) which covers the whole history of the car. The Green book is complete, and because many of these cars now have "mix and match" parts, I strongly recommend the more complete book. That is unless you are 100% certain that you car does not contain parts not in this book. (not likely)You absolutely, positively need to have one of the factory manuals if you are going to work on your car - I strongly recommend the green one.The factory manual is decently laid out. But remember it was designed for trained techs. Certain assumptions are made and certain directions are less than complete. I have since purchased the Haynes manual and the hardcover autobooks manual. I find that each has its high and low points. If I was only going to get one, however, this would not be it.
