As a naturopathic physician, I appreciated seeing this particular blend of herbs. The combination of these four herbs blends both an evidence-based and traditional herbal medicine approach to fatigue. Personally, I have found the stimulating effect to be subtle, yet longer than just caffeine alone could provide (and no caffeine-induced tremor!). After confirming that the product would not be at risk for precipitating an interaction with any prescribed medications or other supplements, I would be comfortable recommending it for individuals looking for a balanced herbal product to help with fatigue.

I'm a fourth year medical student and recently I had started to feel burnout and overall exhaustion. I generally don't take supplements but realized I needed an extra boost. I like Endurance because it contains rhodiola which has been studied and used for brain fatigue. I use as directed on the bottle, 4 caps per day, and within a week I noticed improved mental capacity, improved memory function, and I could run and exercise longer without feeling fatigued. I love this product!

I was drinking too much and was getting love handles. Okay, didn’t like my gut. My belt was too tight. I wanted to work out once a day. Great ingredients, but on here it says 60 servings and on the bottle I received it’s only 30 servings.

I use Endurance regularly when I travel, have to be up extra early or just need general support and LOVE IT! I let some friends try it at a conference recently who were struggling in the morning due to a time change. They both said they felt much better but not jittery. Great product!
