Q: Can you tell me the measurement of the inside fixed collar? My workout rack needs 48" to rack. Will it fit?

Sorry, you may need another measurement as well. So let me start over. Monkey bar inside measurement, collar to collar, including collars is 51 1/8. My rack measures outside to outside 49 1/2, and inside to inside 44 5/8. Hope this helps!

Q: Is the bar solid or hollow?

Hollow steel. Xtreme Monkey also carries a commercial grade Swiss bar that is solid steel.

Q: does this bar fits standard bench press rack?

Probably not. I bench in a power rack (at home) and that works fine.

Q: What is the distance between collars? (I want to make sure it is wide enough for my bench)

I don't have that info. The bar is a the gym we train at
