It's not the best B Complex I've tried, did not make any difference to my fatigue levels (unlike the liquid, food state Floravital by Salus, which is still my favourite, even though I don't need the high iron and it stains your teeth). B3 is the flushing version (nicotinamide, es opposed to the non flushing niacinamide). The B6 also flushed a lot, urine was fluorescent yellow, even on high stress days, when other high strength B6 products does not come though. The taste / smell is quite strong and unpleasant. Also has magnesium stearate which I normally avoid. It's not awful, but I wouldn't take it again.

Can’t fault this for quality or effectiveness, has made a massive impact on my energy levels and my blood tests show the impact it’s made- BUT my god does it taste and smell horrendous 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Even opening the bottle you can smell it! Just hold your nose, it is worth it, I’ve got much more energy, stronger hair and nails, feeling loads better!

I chose this product because it is a well balanced Vitamin B supplement that is suitable for vegans. The capsules are not too large to swallow, but you have the option to break them open to add the powder to a drink if necessary. The above stars for flavour are not really relevant, but I didn't want to lower the rating by giving less than 5 stars. This is my second purchase of Legendary Life Vit. B complex and I would definitely recommend this brand.

So I can't really comment on the absorbency as I've no clue lol, but these are huge like horse pills and stink! Very hard to swallow (and I normally don't have a problem) and they stink, we'll finish them but definitely look elsewhere for a better size pill. They get stuck in your throat...

Mine were delivered in a mess, infact they looked like they had been run over. Ordered another bottle, they do smell strong, I found them easy to swallow being a capsule. Didn't feel Amy different after taking th when they had finished so will not be repurchasing.
