Started off slow....
I have a busy house with a husband and three boys. The only peace and quiet I get...time for myself...is when I get in the tub. This book was tub reading. Once I got into it, however, it became "Got to find out what happens!" reading. It starts off slowly, but it gains momentum as you flip a few pages. I'd say this is a really good book to hunker down in a chair and make yourself a coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and READ!

Done With Patterson and his co authors
Won't buy or read any more of his stuff. I bought the Harriet Blue series because I kinda liked the Womens Murder Club books. I won't waste time or money on "to be continued" stories no matter how exciting they might be. And the Harriet Blue stories got more frustrating as they continued. I suppose some people really like the evil characters and fear and peril being the stars of the stories. To me that doesn't make a murder mystery worth reading, and these weren't.

terrible
I returned after reading 10 pages. Didn't even make sense the police were shown as either clowns or rogues. I think maybe Patterson wrote the first chapter then turned it over to the other author and it was down hill from there. If there was anything as no stars this is what I would have given this book.

Good continuation of this series.
Harriet Blue is on the hunt for her brother's nemesis, Regan. She has gone off the reservation and is pulling out all of the stops to seek justice for her brother, Sam. Harriet has to use all of her skills to find Regan, bring him out of hiding and end his life. She realizes she is putting her career and freedom on the line but does it anyway. She doesn't count on Regan deciding to play games with her. He taunted her up until the end. It was an interesting dynamic these 2 had. Harriet is left to question her true self and, at times, she doesn't like what she sees. Overall a good read and an interesting ending. Am intrigued to see what happens next.

Good Read -- As always
Patterson's stories of Harriet Blue are a different twist from his other lead characters. Based in Australia, the Blue novels are the usual fast and good reads. Amazon's delivery of the book was timely and the packaging was good.

Cant believe I was reading a James Patterson usually you cant put them down but this Im wondering if Im reading the same book as all these five stars I just want the story to get on with it the phone calls between blue and the murderer is boring and stupid halfway through the book surely its got to get better I definately wont be buying any more of this series come on James you can write better than this

Liar Liar
A very tense, violent story, but brilliantly written. Each character was strong in different ways and certainly a few twists and turns to the plot. It was a pleasant change to have the story set in Australia with a different setting from the usual US scenes. The ending was too abrupt and needed proper closure unless a follow up was planned and that was a disappointment.

Brilliant read again
Excellent again from James Patterson could not put this down. Harry is a different kind of detective. Could not wait to see what happened to her or her colleagues. Written so that you not only wonder about the main character but the other characters around her.

A brilliant read.
Love the Harriet Blue series and this book did not disappoint, had me gripped from the first page. Harriet is one feisty chic, I really felt for her, as always, Whitt, Tox and Pops stood by her. Can’t wait to read the next in the series. A recommended read.

Stripped
Harriet Blue has gone rouge. As twisted as most of her cases she stalks a pysco from the filth of the gutter. But is she really that sick!

Totally gripping!
I find I like all of JP’s booked, they’re easy to read, the short chapters really help as I’m dyslexic. Love this story, I was gripped and read the entire book faster than any other in my life - I just need to know what happened next.

Can’t wait for book four in 2019. Love Harry Blue series. One kick arse chick. Be good to see where she goes. Will she end up in prison, will something happen to get her out of this. Love it
