I wasn’t expecting much out of a <$40 paddle but I was surprised!A family member expressed interest in playing pickle ball so I picked this up to get them started. After playing with it side by side with my much more expensive paddletek paddle I can say the difference is negligible for any average recreational player and indistinguishable for a beginner.It has good response/feel, a not-too-small sweet spot, and decent balance (a little head-heavy). If you’re missing shots with this, it’s not the paddle that’s at fault…lolIt would take a while to outgrow this paddle unless you are coming in with experience from another racket sport. Highly recommend for beginners, as a spare for guests, or for those on a tight budget.

The paddles are comfortable in my hand. If I need a better grip, I can use the tape which came with the paddles. The bag which is included, accommodates both paddles and 4 balls very easily. The outside net pocket is handy for keeping keys or other small items and they are clearly visible. This was my first pickle ball purchase. I am very pleased with the items which came together and were at a fair price.

Handle is a bit on the slippery side, once you start getting sweaty you start to lose some grip, but other than that, its super light and great surface area!
