Make sure you properly line pan as it leaks

I was a nervous about this cake pan. It’s equivalent to a half sheet cake in size. One cake pan could feed 30 to 40 people depending on the size of the cake slice.On to the pan. Fortunately for me I did not experience the leaking others expressed. However, I did prepare for that possibility. I baked the cake on a parchment lined cookie sheet. If using a box cake mix, the # 0 uses 2 prepared boxes of cake mix.I used Crisco and flour to ensure no sticking and the result was perfect.Baking time was about 45 to 50 minutes. I started checking the cake at 35 minutes and then every 5 minutes until cake was done. I use a convention oven and the temperature was set @ 325 degrees. When using convention the temperature is lowered by 25 degrees due to the circular air baking.Cake release from the pan was pretty easy. I had to shimmy the cake out of the pan. Under the cake as it was coming out of the pan I had a cooling rack underneath so I only had to move it once.You will not regret this purchase. Well made pan that won’t let you down. Pan produces, crisp, clean lines.
