fun product- never fails to shock kids the first time they see them
Super fun product, like I remembered as a kid. I did have one break when tying it in a knot- but for the most part, they are completely worth the price. I used them in a logic and critical thinking class for homeschoolers and it helped start a great conversation. Be aware that they are smaller in diameter than the typical yellow pencils- so you will need a smaller sharpener opening.

Cute idea for non candy gift bags for school
Great unique gift for my kiddos gift bags. They are hard to writeqith because they bend and they do not erase well.

Doesn't work as a pencil
It was a fun idea. However, these pencils have major issues First, it is hard to sharpen them. They would not work in electric pencil sharpeners. Once I got one sharpened, the lead is so flexible, it barely writes. Novel idea, but not practical.

Great for Inpatient Psych!
These bendy pencils were perfect for my needs. I work on an inpatient psychiatric unit and for safety reasons, regular pencils are not allowed to be given to patients. These pencils are great and super safe. They sharpen with a regular sharpener and you can pop off the erasers to get rid of the metal piece with ease. For normal use, this might be more of a gimmick.
