Plymouth Mocs Womens Chukka Slippers

Last year I spent quit a bit of money on Moreno wool socks. The socks worked great. But they were so thick that I could not wear them with my slippers. Nor could I wear them out doors. I was really happy when I saw these described on Amazon. Because of the difference in the original price and the sell price; I wanted to find out more about the manufacturer. I could not find out much but at 27.00 I decided to take the risk. Wow! my feet are warm. Even with regular socks on. I'm wearing them now. I had not planned on wearing them outside. Or in the garage. (I like to keep my house shoes from outdoor dirt). But I've since found myself wearing these out in the yard to check mail and to start the car. Whether or not these shoes should have been worth over 100 dollars; I don't know but I can tell you that at 27 dollars you won't be disappointed. They look exactly like the picture and are made very sturdy. My feet are warm and toasty w/o being hot and sweaty. The company sent me a catalog with other styles. I will be purchasing from them again.

These were a buyout that I just happened to catch a good price on. I wear a 7-1/2 but according to others went ahead and ordered the 8B. I guess they were running low and I got an 8W instead. Although I would still go with the 8 (too small won't get worn at all), I didn't want to send them back. They are very warm and comfy. In order to keep them on my feet while walking I had to insert a foam pad. That helped a lot but still, my feet slide around in them when I walk. Now, IF they were the right size for me I would say (mostly) great! However, I feel very dorky in them and they look huge on my feet. They look just like the picture and are warm and well made, however. They'll look better if they can fit you tighter but as it is, I look like I'm walking around in my husband's shoes. I just wear them of an evening and for that they work just fine. If I wore them all day I would have sent them back. Next time, I'll buy from a store where I can see them in person.

Here in Michigan we KNOW WHAT A COLD WINTER is all about. I took delivery of my "MUFFYS" and am in heaven! Fit great, and are really snuggly AND flexible enough to nap in, feet Up, then jump up, grab a coat and fly out the door with the dogs or do car runs (as long as I do not hit Deep snow!) Perfect and cozy!!

They might have been ok for cheap slippers but one was bigger than the other. I sent them back as requested but never did get a response from the company, however, Amazon has lived up to it's reputation and gave me a gift card for the full amount. Thank you Amazon.

These slippers are most definitely a fine product, good quality; however they definitely run BIG!I have a size '6' foot, so ordered accordingly - my feet were drowning in the extra space withinthese slippers. Needless to say, I'm so very disappointed.

I love my slippers. I am a 7 1/2 and ordered the 8, I wish I had ordered the 7. I wear thick socks to compensate. They make my feet feel happy!

slippers aren't expected to provide arch support. they are intended to keep you feet warm and these do that nicely
