If I go by the listed nutrition values, amino profiles, it's a complete value for money.Have not tasted yet.But, the package zip lock is a complete loser.It never locks. One month ago,I used Fitness standard whey protein isolate 1 kg pack. The taste was little bit bitter and the smell was somewhat different than the current pack I am using. As I was quite happy with my recent purchase, I ordered 2 kg this time, but unfortunately, This time the quality of this fitness standard whey protein is pathetic. Its not slightly bitter in taste,which is good indication of isolate whey protein. Moreover, the smell is quite different than before. And the worst part is I feel stomach discomfort after consuming it. So I suggest not to purchase this protein supplement as it's inconsistent in quality. Furthermore, There is no option to return it....

1. Packing is impressive.2. Quality is good. (as you can see from froth formation in SHAKER as well as translucent liquid)3. Mixibility with water is impressive.4. It doesn't have any flavor and Smells like milk powder.5. Felt stomach distension on first day and got diarrhea on second day.( I am not lactose intolerant. I can digest Milk, Paneer n other milk products)From day3: absorption became better after having it with milkDay 15: I get headache after consuming it. And in stomach it feels like bubbles are bursting even after few hours of having it.(edited) Day 30: This was my first protein powder in life. So maybe my body was not used to such huge quantity of protein. So I felt headache, diarrhea and other things.But after month of use. I got good results.Not comfortable with this product. That's why in 15 day my star rating changed from 4star to 3star and now 2 star.(edited) After 30days of use, I again gave it 5star. Because it gave me results. And now I'm trying other products but found Fitness Standard way better than those. I will surely order it again.

This protein is an exceptionally healthy way to add more protein to ur diet in very reasonable price... quality of protein is very high people who need to gain muscle mass and strength while losing fat....boost ur metobolism n help ur shed some belly fat ....😊😊😊 very happy wid This product..one more thing this protein is tasteless u can mix wid ur favourite shakes ,water, milk ,cold coffee etc....

I don't know why but after tkaing this during post workout, it takes a lot time to digest and after 1 hour, loose motion starts. This happens every single day when I take it. Also my mouth taste becomes rough and it remains bad for 4-5 hours. Also, no improvement I have seen in my body even my diet is very strict. I will never buy this product again that's for sure. Expected something good but it disappointed me.I suggest every one to buy 1kg first then go for 2 kg at once.

this is the best protein powder available on amazon. I have to say this has a great absorption rate and nice taste. I have used many products earlier but none of them gave me results likes this fitness standard whey isolate. hats off to you guys..

This review comes to you after a 3 week consumption and obtaining results. I was a bit skeptical going in for a brand like Fitness Standard as opposed to the other brands out there,but after these few weeks of seeing results in my body I can certainly vouch for this product and definitely purchase this again.Always keep in mind (newcomers), building a physique is never about the brand of protein you consume, you may have all the money to spend on an expensive brand but if your diet is not in place none of your efforts in the gym would ever pay off.Fitness Standard lives up to its name and delivers brilliantly in this price what otherwise would dig a hole in one's pocket to get the right Whey Isolate.
